PRISTINE MARKETPLACE SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

After payment is received, orders generally ship from Pristine Marketplace or our approved vendors within 2 business days. Custom-framed items typically ship within 5-7 business days due to the framing process. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS for both domestic and international shipments. Carrier selection is made by Pristine Marketplace based on destination, package size, weight, and delivery speed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States and to more than 60 countries worldwide, including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and select countries in South America. Available destinations are displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact help@pristinemarketplace.com before ordering.

Orders must be shipped to a single address. We are unable to split an order and ship items to multiple addresses.

Shipping Rates

Domestic U.S. orders ship at a flat $9 shipping fee per order, regardless of order size or item count. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier. All rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Transit Times

Transit times after shipment depend on the carrier, destination, and service level:

  • Domestic (U.S.): typically 2-7 business days
  • International: typically 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

All transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Pristine Marketplace is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or events outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is created.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country and carrier. These fees are charged at the time of delivery or customs clearance and are the responsibility of the buyer. Pristine Marketplace has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusing delivery to avoid customs charges does not relieve you of responsibility for the charges, and any return shipping costs or fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Pristine Marketplace is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, or issue a refund less the original shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact help@pristinemarketplace.com within 60 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage and packaging (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine next steps. Resolutions may include a replacement, refund, or claim filing with the carrier, depending on the circumstances.

Title and Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer. However, Pristine Marketplace will make reasonable efforts to assist with claims for lost or damaged shipments as described above.

Peak Season and Holiday Delays

During peak shipping seasons (e.g., Black Friday through late December), carriers may experience increased volume resulting in longer processing and transit times. We recommend ordering early during these periods. Pristine Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by peak-season carrier volume.
